Bring it to Pandabeard. Get the Crowbar from a shelf in the Gift Shop. Go down the Basement on the Pirate Bar. Talk to the Mummy. Go to the Kiosk. Talk to the Person in the Kiosk. Give it to the Mummy.

Go to the Fisherman in the Harbor. Go get the Wood in the Eerie Forest. Give both to the Fisherman. Come Back the Next Day. Go to the Mummy, and go to the Room with all the steps.
