The Tortilla soup was good and tasty. Have had lunch at Qdoba Mexican Grill in the Culver City Westfield Mall on three visits in July and August, this despite the fact that it is approx 25 miles away from home. Had seen Qdoba on occasional trips to the mall in the last Qdoba uses fresh ingredients. Perfect "smashed" guacamole. Great chips. Became instantly addicted to the Bohemian Veg tacos. Their whole line of Knockout Tacos is above average.
Same thing with the quesadillas. There are many choices at their toppings bar behind the counter and they can customize your order. Have not been to any La Salsa or Baja Fresh lately, but Qdoba can really compete with them, despite a more limited menu. Was also surprised to read that Qdoba is in many US states.
There's a lot of great national and locally-owned stores in the mall and places such Macy's, Sprouts Market, Trader Joe's and BevMo are within walking distance.
Parking can be difficult and I find that rooftop parking by the Target entrance is easiest and accessible directly from the road. You do not need to enter the old tomb-like underground garage or the meandering parking lot on the street level. The area is also perfect for business travelers or vacationers staying at the three national-brand hotels that surround this shopping center.
Visitors can have a variety of above-average mall food and go shopping. The clientele is a great mix of ethnicities and everyone seems quite harmonious.
Hotels also offer above-average service. Stopped for lunch while waiting for Oil change so we gave it a shot. We got the Knockout Tacos and they were great. Will be back next time we Qdoba serves up awesome food at a great price with really good options. The service is very friendly and attentive. Andre was especially sweet tonight when we ate there. When you go make sure you get the queso If you're wanting to eat at the mall but don't want to eat at the food court this is a terrific option.
They offer quick service and a friendly staff. They have inside as well as outside seating. They are located on the outside of For those of you not familiar with Qdoba, they are sort of like Chipotle only they offer different selections.
The queso is a must order with the chips! All entrees are prepared in front of the customer and topped with personally selected ingredients, including one of five distinctive salsas.

The duo met in New York when Miller was just an investment banker, and Hauser was still working at Le Cirque restaurant. The two created a small pop-up where customers just fall in line to order.
Their first year was challenging. It took about seven minutes to serve each customer in a person queue. At that time, their stand was called Zuma. Their first successful mile was on the Denver, Colorado location. But, even though the place has been renamed several times, the customers kept on coming back because of their unique take on the Mexican cuisine.
The taste was just irreplaceable.
